Lahore: Bomb blast killed three people in Lahore’s Anar Kali Bazar, an ancient market, on Thursday. Twenty people got multiple injures in the bast as well.
A spokesperson of Lahore police confirmed the number of casualties and said injured were rushed to nearby hospital where authorities have already declared emergency.
Rana Arif, spokesperson of Lahore police told media that a bomb was “planted” in a motorcycle but did not provide further details. Speaking to reporters at the scene of the incident, Lahore Police DIG Operations Abid Khan said that the impact of the blast had left behind a crater which suggested that it was caused by a bomb.
