This historic agreement was signed during the 28th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 28) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The signing ceremony, held at the Biosphere 3 Solutions Pavilion in the Blue Zone on December 1, 2023, marked a significant milestone in the pursuit of sustainable development and environmental stewardship. The partnership includes Tsangs Group, the DeepRock Group, and Bridge ME Limited, all committed to advancing global efforts towards sustainability and climate resilience.
Dignitaries and esteemed figures, including The Honourable Jeffrey Lam, GBM, GBS, JP, and Wang Shi, Founder of DeepRock, were present to officiate the momentous occasion. The partnership was also witnessed by key Hong Kong officials, including Tse Chin-wan and Salina Yan Mei Mei.
